Si o No - Panama votes to widen the canal, or not.
Today, Oct 22nd the people of Panama vote on a major referendum to widen the canal…or not. So I decided to do a lil photo documentation of the the propaganda, for and against as they showed up across the city.
Over the last few weeks, this stuff has been everywhere. Apparently though, more money has been upporting the Yes vote while the No vote has a more gitty grass roots base. As you will see in the pics, most of the propoganda is for the Yes vote.
How did I do this, I went up and down all the major arteries of the ciy, Tumba Muerto, Calle 50, Via Espana, Via Poras and Via Espana. The invasion of the posters on the urban fabric is a site to behold. Now lets see who’s gonna do the cleanup. Stay tuned, the results are out tonight.
